HOW IT WORKS

How a Charter Comes Together

From first enquiry to sailing back into Labuan Bajo — here's exactly what happens.

STEP BY STEP

From Enquiry to Anchors Up

1

Send Your Enquiry

Reach out with your preferred dates, group size and any itinerary requests, typically through a specialist travel agency or direct contact.

2

Confirm With a Deposit

A deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due closer to departure. Book well ahead — demand for whole-boat phinisi charters stays consistently strong, especially in peak season.

3

Board in Labuan Bajo

Meet the crew and board Natural Phinisi Komodo in Labuan Bajo, Flores — the gateway to Komodo National Park.

4

Sail Komodo National Park

A typical charter runs four days and three nights: trek for Komodo dragons on Rinca or Komodo Island, snorkel and dive at Manta Point, Pink Beach and Batu Bolong, and take in the view from Padar Island.

Return & Settle Up

The circuit closes back in Labuan Bajo. Full board, non-alcoholic drinks, guided excursions, snorkelling gear, fuel and crew are already included — national park fees, alcohol, personal spending and crew gratuities are settled separately.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
